Returns

At 3D Hive, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used or damaged items caused by improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect product received

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
